Due to the nature of personalization services, personalized items cannot be accepted for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. In the event that we made an error please notify us immediately and we will be happy to correct our mistake!
In the event your shipment arrived damaged you must notify us as soon as possible. The time to file a claim with the shipping company is only 5 business days after you receive your shipment.
In the unlikely event that something has happened in transit we will replace the item or you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
If you must return your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to claim your authorization number.
Straga Products will not accept any third party billing or Cash on Demand for any returned items.
In the event that a refund is required it will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving your return, and will come in the same form of payment as Straga Products received originally.
